Having finished my Corporate Digital training at Hemingway Professional Governance, I'm ready to partner up with and challenge executives in navigating current markets and organizational challenges
INTERIM MANAGEMENT
I support management teams in temporary and longer-term needs. Depending on the organization and industry these can be roles in the domains of the COO, CTO, CIO or CDO.

Diagnosis and strategy definition in the Digital Age. I focus on aligning stakeholders across the organization on what the IT and Digital domains should deliver to support the overall business strategy. Bringing in an independent and outside perspective, challenging the status quo and translating analogies from other industries are core to my approach. I believe that a structured execution plan, budget, talent plan and technology roadmap are critical parts of a strategy to be able to bring the rest of the organization along.

AGILE AT SCALE TRANSFORMATION
Designing and leading agile transformations in big organizations is a challenge that is often underestimated by management, resulting in sub-optimal results or simple failure. I bring you the theoretical knowledge (SAFe and Scrum certified), combined with the practical experience of working together with business and product teams for a successful implementation. I focus extensively and coach executives on the required changes in culture and leadership style. A crucial part of the transformation is also the continuous monitoring and problem-solving on identified blockers while implementing changes in an iterative manner.
I have designed and implemented Agile transformation in different industries and organization sizes.
DEVOPS TRANSFORMATION
Implementing DevOps requires attention for a complex set of areas. I can support leadership in assessing the current situation and develop a structured approach to implement DevOps from an organization, technology, talent and automation perspective. I work with the technology teams to understand their needs and concerns. During the implementation, I support stakeholders in problem-solving and continuous improvement of the way of working.
